Wash then air dry seeds. They must be absolutely dry!! Then melt some margarine (enough to coat the amount of seeds you have) Dump seeds in to coat them and them. Spoon them out with slotted spoon and spread evenly on cookie sheet. Sprinkle the seeds with Lawry's seasoning salt and bake at 350 until golden brown. If you like spicy hot flavors then add some Tabasco sauce to the butter/margarine before adding seeds.

I like salt - so what we do is wash the seeds, lay them flat on a baking sheet - and coat them with kosher salt. Regular salt will work, but not as well - Kosher salt really sticks. I then bake them at 275 - turning them over every 15 or 20 minutes - until golden brown.

Hi, ohhhh, this is one of my kids favorite snacks. I make them all the time this time of year. After washing seeds I put them in highly salted water and let them sit a few hours. I then drain them and spread them on a cookie sheet and put them in a 225 degree preheated oven. Check them in an hour. If not crisp enough leave and check every 15 minutes or so until they are to your liking. Enjoy!!!!!

i always just wash them to get all the gunk off. the spread them on a cookie cheet and let them dry a little then sprinkle kosher salt on them ( table salt will do too) then bake them in the oven on about 350 until they are a golden color. maybe 15 minutes or so depending on how wet they were when you put them in. i usually take them out and stir them around about half way through to get the even cooking on both sides. hope this helps
