So here's my story....

There's this guy who really liked me last year,I rejected him and now I'm the one who likes him. Although he has a girlfriend he calls me all the time and flirts with me a lot. I even asked him to break up with his girlfriend since they have so many problems anyways. The problem is that he keeps saying that "he'll see" only to leave me hanging. What should I do? He won't give me a real answer...how do I break this off?

-Thanks

let me tell you that i had a similar experience. i tried to break up my best friend and his gf. but i realized that he loved her and not me, so i delt with it. i realized that i was a best friend and that is all i am ever going to be. and you know, i am ok being that. you really shouldnt try and break up you will feel very guilt for even trying to do that. trust me you dont want to break them up and know it was cause of you when he complains about her and stuff. he might not like you any more and he only sees you as a friend. i mean me and my bf flirt all the time, but in a friend way. i support his gf and listen to him talk and talk about her. hopefully i helped you some way. good luck and i hope you make the right decision.

well it sounds like hes trying to give you a taste of your own medicine...meaning he is probably a little bitter about the fact that you reject him, so he's a little reluctant to just drop his current gf for you...with good reason...have you ever thought that maybe you just like him, because you can't have him? I know you think you really like which you very well may, but sometimes it's funny how when someone who used to give us a lot of attention finds someone else we miss that attention, but it doesnt nessarily mean we want to be with them...so make sure you know exactly how you feel before you go breaking them up..and then just leave him hanging agan. Also if you do really like him then give him time to think about what you have told him and relax because you've done all you can do you've told him that you are interested and he knows that iti's his choice to do what he wants with that information. If he doesnt break up with his gf for you leave it at that, by doing that hes making it clear that hes made a choice.

I think you should leave it alone. If he really wants to be more than friends he'll end his relationship with the other girl on his own and come to you. If you meddle into his relationship and keep insisting that he break up with her, he's going to shy away and think you are a nasty person. He knows you want to be with him so the best thing you can do is wait to see if anything develops, don't push it.

It's not your relationship to break. he's probably found a relationship he's hanging on too to get back at you for when you didn't say yes to him. wait awhile more, if he truly wants you more than the other girl then he'll move. just wait

he just wanted to keep you hanging.. you're the back up plan in case things don't work out with his current girlfriend.

stop being the back up plan and start focusing on other guys that want you to be their one and only plan!
