Here's what I know:

The bride wears:
Something Old
Something New
Something Borrowed
Something Blue

The bride wears a penny in her shoe for good luck.

The special dances are bride and groom, father daughter, and mother son is optional

The groomsmen are actually a part of the wedding to protect the bride from potential sutors. The bridesmaid used to dress like brides to act as decoys if the bride is to be kidnapped.

During the ceremony, the bride stands on the grooms left side so his sword hand is ready.

The bride carries flowers to mask her odor (if she hadn't showered -- think 1500s)

Speeches at a wedding are from the best man, maid of honor and the father of the bride.

When guests clink their glasses with silverware the bride and groom have to stop and kiss.
Hope these help -- I know they're random!

Something new, something old, and something blue needs to be worn. A traditional dance that is done is the waltz. Cutting of the wedding cake. Feeding each other the cake. Father and daughter dance. The best man and the maid of honor make a toast to the couple.

One thing my family usually does is a "dollar" dance. Guests line up and pay to dance for a while with the bride or groom. It is called "dollar" but any amount of money can be given. The couple takes the money with them after the reception. This cash comes in handy when the couple goes on their honeymoon. Originally it only involved dancing with the bride, the guest was given a shot of whiskey after, possibly a toast to the couple?
I think this is an eastern European custom.

Most African-Americans do the traditional "jumping the broom". You should do some Internet research by just typing in your question on your search bar.
