Practice..You can practice in front of your friend or with a family member or practice your speech in front of a mirror.. I had a friend that told her bashful boys when someone got mad at them to look at that person like they did not have any clothes on and I think you should try this method also but don`t giggle too much! ha

Imagine everyone in their underwear. That's one way. Seriously, practice your speech in the mirror, making eye contact. Do it for friends and family. If none of that works, get an I don't give a s##t attitude- who cares what all of those people think anyway- in 10 years will what they thought of you really matter?? I am actually speaking from experience. In high school I was constantly broke out in hives due to this type of anxiety- the attitude change was the only thing that worked for me!

till you get over being not comfortable in front of people, you cannot get ride of it, its natural for your body to flush with anxiety in social situations. More practice and not worrying about it may help it go away, say to yourself if I get red then so be it and if not so be it.....try to nutrilize the anxiety.
