Dude, I go to church and I try. From what I know is that Some dude named Jesus changed the world. So much that even the Romans, the Mighty Brits, the Mighty Spainards, And the Powerful French all came to Isreal to what they called the Holy Land. to protect it, to be close to god, to be close to the son of god. Jesus really had to be someone for all the nations to Bow to him as the King. What did Jesus do? What did he preach that made all of mankind take notice. All religions talk of Him. Even the Quran speaks of his name in a powerful way. The only way to answer your question is for you to read the Bible.
The only way to enter the Kingdom of Heaven is through him (Jesus). If there isn't a heaven as you believe then what is there to loose to practice being a Christian? And If there turns out to be one. Well then... You practiced being a christian and you'll have a better chance at entering Heaven.
I tried to answer your question.

They are commanded to by the deity they try to obey and by this deity that they choose to worship.

Also, IF they share their scriptures and jesus with all of mankind, and every person on planet earth, has had a chance to hear it, then there savior - jesus will return and take them away from all the pain, suffering, and persecution they go thru and will go thru in the future.
That is why at least once a day, someone asks When jesus is coming back.
They live in such fear of persecution and not being accepted by people.

Good Question. Thank You.

It is what God wants us to do share with others the truth so that they may be saved. You have the right to live your life in peace if you don't want to hear what is said that is on you but there are others out there who are at that moment of changing their hearts toward God and for them the message becomes clear.
So for those we will NOT STOP trying to convert non-believers.

I will not try to convert someone who doesn't want to know. Christians share their faith in Christ with those willing to listen out of compassion and because they want others to experience the joy and fulfillment they have received because of Jesus. Jesus himself told christians to spread the gospel (good news) because it is not Gods will that people go to hell - all men are given a chance to hear how to spend eternity with God in heaven so if they choose another path they have sent themselves there.

Jesus said he came for the unLovely sinners, thats why we share the Good name of jesus with you non believers. Yes you can live your own life. but let me ask you this I have seen serveal of your questions in this community and it seems to me that you are the one who directs them to us the Christians. So I can only think that it is your desire to hear the word of God. but chose to bad mouth it so that it won't look like you do and you can continue to live in your life looking to be without guilt. or is it that you are so mad at us because you know that what we are saying is true but it doesn't fit into the life style you chose to live, leaving you ate up with guilt. either way Kid-o, Jesus is still Lord and in control. No matter what you think or say. God Bless ya and may the Holy Spirit come to you in the night till you are fully convicted and convinced The Jesus is Lord.

You know, I've had friends who were either atheists, or Pagans and one thing I noticed about them. They never wanted to talk about football, music, etc.. or anything but my Christianity and how I was so stupid and unenlightened.

No offense, but the proselytizing is not limited to Christians.

And I am sure that there are enlightened Pagans out there who don't, and I mean no offense to them, simply that I have had experience with some Pagans who proselytize. (I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong...)

First off, I could care less if you believe or not and I have never tried to talk anyone into it. I figure you've heard about Jesus, if you don't accept Him, that's your problem, not mine. We're to spread the word and guess what? That's done. So you may want to find something else to whine about.
