This is completely accurate:

Did you feel something was wrong whilst you were writing your dedication?

NOTE: Whilst is the grammatically correct form in this context not while.

I think "Did you feel something was wrong while you were writing you dedication?" would be best, but if you have to use the exact wording, I'd go with the first one.

The third sentence is right!

Did you feel something wrong while writing your dedication

um, the sentence the first answerer gave makes no sense at all...

#2 is clearly incorrect.
#1 and #3 are both gramatically correct, but #1 has "extra" information that's not needed -- the "you were" part. The question is already addressed to "you," there's no need to say it again. So #3 is the best.

Either #1 or #3 is correct (it would help to know what you were trying to say).
Someone above said "while" is incorrect, it should be "whilst". In British English that is true, in American English, "whilst" is obsolete and no longer used.

did you feel something wrong while writing your dedication?

#3 is correct, #2 is not even close to being correct, it breaks so many rules, and #1 while being a better sentence than #2 is not the best answer.

.... while you were writing ........ is correct
........while writing .......... is correct (and better)

But, sorry, the sentence itself needs more corrections.

Maybe this: Did you feel as if something was wrong while writing your dedication?
