The AGE of both of you, On one hand he may simply not be mature enough for a relationship on the other he may think you may be too young for a relationship. girls mature faster than boys, boys are usually just one walking hormone. Just be careful you don't get used or worse, what you asked was a mature thing to do but most boys are insensitive and will hurt a girl given a chance. Before you consider a relationship with anyone let your feelings develop naturally and it will just happen like friendship often happens. Please don't run headlong into these things you have an entire life time to suffer the pains and joys of romance. stop worrying about peer pressure and enjoy being you, don't be to eager to become a duo fly solo first

Yes. Why does this happen so often that females don't get it?! They're worth so much and yet they behave like no one will ever want them. You're young, I wouldn't trip about this anymore. If he said that, then go have fun and flirt around. Leave him alone and after a few days of you acting "aloof", he'll either (A) come around, or (B) move on. not necessarily. maybe he's just mature enough to admit that he's not ready for a relationship. if it's a "boy" you're dealing with, then he ain't lyin' to you-he's NOT ready! the problem is that you wouldn't be the only chic he was diggin' and if he did get involved with you, I'm sure that wouldn't set right with you. Maybe the 2 of you can just be friends instead.

may be he wants just to pass time with u. you be clear whether you want an affair or relationship? once you get an affair, you may get children. and you must guide them to be noble citizens. do not creat ilegal children. they would blame you in future for their social status.

I would advise you to befriend him. To talk to him rather than try to woo him into a relationship.

most likely YES sorry dear, but its probably true and thats just his nice way of putting it. if he wasnt feeling ready for a relationship but met a girl he really felt for , he would go for it. coz its hard to find someone you really like who really likes you back. so my point is ... he probably doesnt like you. but dont be sad , move on and you will probably meet some one better then him. someone who will not be able to wait to have a relationship with you.
