I think some folks are confused as to what "scanner" means here. The Asker means the radio-type scanner that scans the frequencies for a particular conversation on the radio, such as a police or fire scanner. It does NOT mean a graphics scanner like a flatbed or sheetfed.

To broadcast a scanner feed, you'll need software to stream live audio, such as SHOUTCast.

You save the output from the scanner to the form of a .jpg, then post it where you want it to reside on the internet.

You have to save it in a file, then send it using E-mail or messenger.
