Yes but before you seek medical services you must contact Tricare first. Otherwise there will be out of Pocket expenses. Contact your local Tricare office. They can help. You may also find help at the link below.

If you are a military wife of active duty personnel yes. I am sure of that if you are traveling with your husband. If you are not traveling with your husband, I really could not tell, call tricare, they can give you the correct info.
I am on the South of the United States the Tricare number is
1-800-444-5445 they might be able to get you to where you need to be, or go to www.tricareonline.com or
www.tricare.osd.mil ......I hope this helps you. Good Luck.

tricare is so dang confusing! You could call their office and perhaps actually get someone to give you a straight answer, but somehow I doubt that.
I will call a Purple Heart Vet at one of the VA hospitals, and speak to him about it, as I get far better answers that way. Most of these vets will fight for the rights of the vets and their families.
Good luck getting the answer you need!

you have to call the tricare office for authorization to use another health care facility. you can get the numbers online. if you don't, you will be paying out of pocket for medical expenses.

Yes, they will. Just make sure you have your Military ID and Tricare coverage card. Make sure you tell them your situation.
