Doctors told me that I was six months to a year away from dying due to alcohol abuse. I was only twenty-two at the time. I knew I couldn't stop drinking on my own, the withdrawals alone would kill me. I never was "religious" so to speak but I knew that there was a God.
I went to church one Sunday with my cousin who had just gotten out of a Christian rehab center. Well, to make a long story short I was healed and delivered from alcohol in an instant. much to the amazement of the bystanders. My physical body was healed instantly that day right before everyones very eyes! I no longer desired to drink either. No withdrawals no rehab, just Jesus.
This is a real story. That was June 9, 2002 and I haven't touched or desired alcohol at all since then. I'm still on fire for Christ and my life is back together. I owe all glory, honor. praise and my life to serve the true living God, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

I do believe in God, but I don't believe in miracles: except that every unexpected experience of beauty and every surprising insight into the natural world and its inhabitants is a miracle. Think of the fact that the human species has emerged from 15 billion years of cosmic evolution... there is a process of growth in the universe which has taken us from the Big Bang to the unfathomable depths of the human mind and the human heart. That process of growth and creative transformation is what I call "God." So the miracle is the incredible beauty and complexity of all that is... You want a miracle, listen to Beethoven (or Bob Marley, for that matter), go to an art gallery and look at how Monet paints light, read a poem by Tagore or e.e. cummings... And speaking of cummings, maybe this poem is the best answer to your question:
i thank You God for most this amazing
day:for the leaping greenly spirits of trees
and a blue true dream of sky;and for everything
which is natural which is infinite which is yes
(i who have died am alive again today,
and this is the sun's birthday;this is the birth
day of life and of love and wings:and of the gay
great happening illimitably earth)
how should tasting touching hearing seeing
breathing any--lifted from the no
of allnothing--human merely being
doubt unimaginable You?
(now the ears of my ears awake and
now the eyes of my eyes are opened)

Okay, got two recent ones. The first I don't have the link to, but I remember reading it in the news. Twins were born prematurely, and put in incubators. The smaller one was doing really bad, didn't look like the poor little thing would make it. One of the nurses got an idea and did something that could have gotten her fired. She put the sick one in with the healthy one. Almost immediately, the sick one started improving, and continued improving. They're both home with their families now. Love did that, medicine and technology was useless.
This is the link to the other one: http://www.firstcoastnews.com/news/health/news-article.aspx?storyid=66678
You could always go take a walk in the woods, helps me every time I start to get a little lost. Only God could create the beauty I see, all those beautiful creatures, the trees and flowers. We still have miracles, just don't see them on the news everyday, they're not good for ratings apparently.

3 years ago icompletely dedicated my life to God including going to work full time for God. God's promise was I would always have my needs met if I held true to helping others without concern for compensation. (i do handyman/carpentry work).
When I said yes to God my first client had a celing caving in. I did the work and when I was done the person did not have money to pay me but gave me a pickup. Prior to that I had no car and rode the bus. Two years ago I could not aford my part of the rent. A member of our church was going on a missionary trip and own a home with no morgatage. He said if I stayed there to protect his things and kept the utilities on i could live rent free. He is back and the arrangement continues because he now feels free to go on other missionary trips knowing his things are safe and cared for.Two nights ago I was at one of my old bosses house for a lets get caught up dinner. Before I even said anything she said God told her I needed a little cash and handed me a check for $100.00 and $10.00 cash for gas. My truck had been on empty for two days, the water bill was due the next day or would be shut off and the next money I knew that would come in is tomorow. This time of the year is always lean pickings in my business because people's financial priorities are on Holidays and family not home improvements and repairs. At dinner, my bosses friend offered me a consulting job with her ad agency because she heard of all the great things I had done for my old boss.
God will always provide. I never quite know where or how, but God is faithful and keeps God's promises. I pray I can be like God in that respect.
Living the blessed life,
Mike

The best miracle I know, is that God woke you up this morning, in your right mind, with ears to hear, legs to walk, and eyes to see your hands that are moving, as you typed this question.
I don't know what you are going through but be encouraged and whether you are UP or DOWN, read my favorite bible verse Philippians 4:11-13
God has done something GREAT today, because you here...and everyday is a new day to start again.

John3:16 says God sent his only begotten son so that you would not perish, but have everlasting life. Just knowing this should revive you. Do you know had you been the only other person aside from those who killed him, God would have still sent his son to save Just you. The miracle is that you are saved by the blood of the lamb. Chosen to be called a son of God. The greatest miracle I know Our salvation..

Just recently I needed a car. I had been walking places for several weeks. I had tried to get a car lots of times but I didn't have credit. The car I had I owed 1,300 dollars and the motor & transmission went out. I prayed that God's will would intervene and I finally got good deal on 1999 Eclipse with enough to pay off my old car and the new one. Now I don't have to walk everywhere. I don't know if that is what you wanted but hope it helps. Don't lose faith. There is nothing more out there.

Your miracle could be right there in your prayers! you never know what ones God would answer.
God has answer many for me through out the years, I don't know what one you wish to hear. That God saved my life more times than cats have lives. Or healing for others through prayers in the name of Jesus.
Perhaps the last one, where I prayed to God for protection for my two year old son at the time, and his mother and I, that very night, hours later, I woke up to many different kinds of nice smelling fragrances around me, my first thought was an Angel or perhaps God was here, I heard God has a nice smell, and everything in heaven has the smell of God, even the Angels.
Since that first encounter, almost every other day, I felt a presence, that would come and go, and some days it would touch very gentle, my sons mother got a nice lower back rub, while I was at work, at first she thought it was me, that I came home, until she turned around, No one there. One night while asleep I woke up to my blanket being slid off me slow and gentle, I reach to grab it, at the foot of my bed was a completely white shadow and glowing, it's figure had the appearance of a woman. two nights later, she came back, and moved my extra pillow and flaslight and put them on my feet, and took another blanket off and rolled it up into a ball, and put it on the floor, to where it stood nights before, she did this to let me know that I wasn't dreaming, and the reason why she was trying to take the blanket the first time was my son was sleeping on his that morning when I got up, so she was trying to not wake me, and put the blanket on my son, she has waken be times before to do with my son, if he was in need. One night I sense her coming through the roof, and she floated just above me, I said go away leave me alone. I was amazed when she spoke out loud, she had the most beautiful womans voice I ever heard, My first thought was she's an Angel, I fell to sleep as she was speaking, she was very comforting to hear. She don't come as much since I said that. I was told that she's my Spirit guide, and my son was seeing a man, he woke me up one night, he too was completely white and glowed.
I would say that prayer is one of the strongest things from God:)

Don't lose faith at these times you need to hold on strong. Let God know how you are feeling and why you are feeling this way he is listening always.
Joel Olsteen a preacher I watch often says remember
GOD IS IN CONTROL.... I know that things may not seem to be going the right way but God is in control and his plan for you will follow.

The latest miracle I know is God provided us 500 dollars for our van to be fixed. We had to have it fixed because it is our main transportation but we had NO money. 2 days later someone gave a check to my husband for 500 dollars. This person blessed other people that day too with the same amount- and it was truly amazing to see GOD WORK. We know it was God because we prayed over this and God knew we were desperately needing Him- however it was His timing and according to His will. God takes care of our needs that is for sure. And I praise Him!
--Also speaking of the van that we got the money to get fixed- The van in itself was a miracle and blessing. I had prayed for 6 months about a bigger car for my family- because we dont all fit in our small car. Some people my sister knew told her out the blue that they had "us" on their minds about selling us their van. So they called me and told me that they would sell it for whatever we could afford. All we could afford was 1000 dollars. And they were so glad to take that- they actually would of taken nothing. And the van is in great shape now! All thanks to GOD! This was truly His doing.
