IF he is in the US, LEGALLY, and has a Social Security Number, then that is all you need. If you don't have that, then you are fairly well up the creek with no paddle

I used to use Bighugs.com. It cost me around 8 dollars to locate a friend. I believe they go through public driver's license records. Or find his family members. Perhaps he doesn't want to be found or he would have found you. Good luck.

I did not know who my father was until I was 37 years old. All I had was a first and last name and where he went to high school.
I found him using all "free" resources. It took me 8 months because he had such a common name and no idea where he was living.

It can be done!
