what is good for your hair?

cuz my hair is thick,curly,fizzy,it's not silky or smooth.i really don't know how to tame this crazy hair!

This question is right up my alley... My hair is just like this except for the fact that it is dry as well. NEVER put silicone based products in your hair... it may look good for the first few days but it can cause buildup, exra dryness and attract dirt. You don't want that. What you want are natural sulfate free products. Herbal Essence Hello Hydration is moisturizing... Abba Nourishing tames frizzies and has great ingredients that keep the hair moisturized and healthy. After deep conditioning ( a miracle worker is Biologics ultrahydrating balm, trust me on this, it is a staple) use should use an apple cider vinegar rinse that restores the balance of the hair. I love keeping my hair in twists. It protects my hair from the elements and constant abuse of combs and brushes. And when you do release the twists you have beautiful fluffy, curly, wavy hair that is healthy. A good product for twists is Ors loc and twists gel. It has awesome products and is very moisturizing.

frizz is often caused by hairs being separated from a curl. Re-wet the hair slightly with a spray bottle and comb it through with your with fingers. that is why it looks frizzy when the wind blows. Try silicone based gels like friz ease, or use gel to keep it together. Ask what your curly headed friends are using because the weather in your home town has a lot to do with it
