Whats the average shoe size for someone who is 6 feet and 5 inches?

I'm wondering if my feet are small for my height, i wear a size 11 1/2 american shoe size, or simply 11.125 inches and i am 6' 5"

i think it's 13 cuz i have a friend who is 6'2" and he wears 13 and i know couple more who are over 6 feet and they wear around 12 and 13
