Now the only thing I can give you for this answer is my opinion, based on what I've been exposed to in my years of selling and installing car audio. The same for everyone else you answers this that is in the car audio industry, as far as those not in the industry their answers will most likely be based off of what they own, or what their friends own, or whatever is sold near them. I can recommend some brands, but in the end it's your ears that should make the decision. My advice to you is to shop around. Go to Circuit City, Best Buy, and whatever other car audio dealers there are in your area and listen to what they have to offer, but make sure you take one of your cds with you that way you can compare all the speakers using the same music (something you are very familiar with). Now as far as my recommendations: Polk Audio, Infinity, Eclipse - then Pioneer, Alpine, Kicker, MTX, JL Audio, Kenwood, Fosgate, Sony - if you want high end then go with Focal, Nakamichi, Boston, MB Quart and try to stay away from the cheap speakers (you get what you pay for) Dual, Insignia, Jensen, Lightning Audio, etc. My choice would be one of the first three I listed, but like I said that is just my preference. Do like I said and shop around. As far as your speaker sizes, it depends on what series Accord you have. Your front speakers should be 6.5in regardless, the rears could be either 6.5in or 6x9, to check just look at your speakers from the trunk, if they are round they're 6.5in, if they are oval then you have 6x9. Hope this helps.

Just go buy the appropriate sized Sony Xplods. Not too expensive, easy to find at a Wal Mart or any stereo shop, and sound pretty good though I know many will disagree. I like the 4 way ones but best route as far as money and quality is a set of 3-way speakers, and since your car has stock speakers get 160 watt ones or something like that. example: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4541645

First off, you should go to cardomain.com and look up what speakers fit your car. After that you can either buy the speakers from the site or take the measurements to a car electronics store and buy some. Personally, if you buy some from cardomain.com you get them as a pair, so that can be a possiblity for you.
