There is absolutely no mention of Jesus in the Quran and this myth has come about by the translators who misunderstand Quran and Islam because they judge Quran by the Bible and they fail to see that the denial of the crucifixion of Isa al Masih is also a denial of Jesus and the Bible, and they fail to see that to judge by other than what Allah has revealed makes one a kafir or an infidel by the Words of Allah in the Quran because the denial of the crucifixion is a denial of the Bible and Christianity as "conjecture and lies."

This question/lie can only come from the misled who cannot see what the Quran is saying when it calls the granting of a son to Allah as blasphemy.

What is so nice about blasphemy and the trinity?

You dont give the Message of the Quran with white or black lies.

Muslims must try to be honest about the Quran and speak the truth of Allah and stop the "niceness" of lies and hypocrisy.

Felicitas' answer is enough evidence that Muslims have tainted the Quran with their likeness of Isa as Jesus and how this fallacy angers the Christian.

Jesus and Isa are as diferent as Jesus and the Christ and the Bible reveals the truth when examined but the Muslims prefer to deceive with other than what Allah has revealed.

I am Muslim, but neither Shia nor Sunni, and not of any sect whatever.

correction for Felicitas. "Muslims DO believe in the Virgin Brith" but consider him as a prophet not the son of God.

Christians know but many scholers deny the existence of any mention of Jesus ( ISA ) in the Quran. Yes it is true that jesus has been mentioned on numersous occassions including the return of Jesus one day for all the followers.albeit with slight ly different interpretation to that in the bible. lets look at the similarity in religions not the difference. it is the differences that cause the wars!!!!!

The Quran still denies that Christ is the Son of the Living God. It relegates Him to the position of a prophet and not the Messiah. If Christ was not the Messiah, then He was a FALSE prophet. If Christ was not the Messiah, then He, all the Apostles and all subsequent Christians would be liars.

Christ was and is the Son of God, God in the flesh, the Word made Flesh and the Messiah.

According to the Quran, Jesus' birth was not a virgin birth. The Muslims don't consider Jesus to be God, but only another prophet. So, in their eyes, Jesus and Mohammed are on the same level.

Also, for hundreds of years, even now in this day, Christians are killed by Muslims for their faith. If a daughter converts to Christianity in strict areas, she is killed, and so is the person who led her to Christ.

So, yes, they call him Isa, but Jesus to them is not God. So, we aren't speaking about the same person. My God is Jesus Christ and is part of the Holy Trinity. He was born of the Most Holy Mother of God an Ever Virgin. He died and rose from the dead, and sits at the right hand of the Father.

I would encourage you to read the Holy Bible (New Testament). John would be a great place to start!

It is an accurate and a trusted authority when it comes to the life, ministry and death of Jesus of Nazareth.

You will find out much, much more about His ministry.

Enjoy!

Yes but the fatal flaw is that He is described as a prophet and not as the Son of the one true God.
