Looks like either a heat rash or a slight reaction. Try some antihistamine - tablets or creams. Is it itchy or just red and bumpy?
If it's itchy try some insect bite cream and stay off the sunbed until it has totally cleared up and then be cautious about using it. Don't scratch it and don't put any kind of perfumed creams on it and also check that you're not allergic to your fabric conditioner on your clothes - wear loose fitting clothes for the time being.
Man I'm so glad we have free healthcare over here - plus here in Wales prescription medicines will be free from next year.

It looks like an allergic reaction to possibly the cleaner/sterilizer they are using. From now on I would wipe down the entire area with a damp cloth before I laid down. Try taking benedryl, that is specifically for an allergic reaction. The picture is hard to see, but it might be hives. Also, if it's not the salon - it could be from changing laundry soap or even a new reaction to something that you use all the time. I had a horrible reaction to oxy10 even though I had used it a million times. I don't even walk down that isle in the store anymore! lol!

Looks like blistering from overexposure on the tanning bed.... Get some aloe and apply it 2 to 3 times a day.... It it really itches then go to any drug store and buy a lotion called Sarna. It is by far the best anti-itch lotion that I have ever tried... My dermatologist recommended it... It is a bit expensive (around 10 to 15 dollars depending upon where you buy it) but well worth it.
I have attached this link to show you what the product looks like.

To cure the itching, lay in a lukewarm bath with PINETARSOL GEL in it. It stinks and it's green but it's works! It helped my itchy rashes.
It looks like you've had an allergic reaction, don't go to the tanning bed anymore and you won't get the rashes.

If it is slightly itchy, it looks like eczema, in which there is no cure, but also nothing to truly worry about, it just means you are literally allergic to your own sweat, my whole family has it, it's no big deal, just make sure that before you work out or sweat put on a lotion called Cetaphil (mild) This will help a little. Good Luck.

Looks like some type of contact dermatitis. (skin inflammation caused by allergens). Probably caused by something on the tanning bed, like the cleaner they use or someone else's leftover lotion. I would wash it with mild soap and then leave it alone, it should go away...
Does it itch?

They look like blisters. I got burnt bad from the sun and I had bumps that looked just like those and they were blisters and they were really sore until they went away 2-3 weeks later.
