How many of you have a Bible? There are lots of questions that can be answered quite rapidly with a Bible and the concordance.

I have more than one translation...and using the concordance is always a good idea.

Yes,
They are great. A necessity for a real Bible student.
Also needed is a copy of Nelson's Quick Reference Dictionary.
I have several versions of the Bible. A Strong's Concordance, which is not all that great. Also a transliteration of the New Testament.

Once I left the cult of Jehovah's witnesses after 48 years, I learned how to read a real Bible, not one written by a maniac named Fred Franz. And yes, I use a concordance all the time.

Yes there are and I brought mine to the library today because there was a person who asked a question and I wanted to explain how to use the concordance so I could answer her question properly.

YEP, they're great- get a hold of a bible commentry as well- they are FANTASTIC, especially when the concordance doesn't quite explain it...

Yeah, I find it useful. But we Jews have it as a seperate book.
