If it's really tough to get off it's worth it to rent a steamer. Makes the job go soooo much faster. If it's already falling off, score the paper with a paper scorer (available at hardware stores) put warm water in a spray bottle, spray the paper, let it soak in a bit then try and see how easily it comes off. Be careful when spraying, however! Don't let the water get into the electrical outlets.

Wet it down and peal it, if that doesn't do it you can rent a steamer and it will come off, if the paper is within the last ten years old it should be removable paper

best trick in the book, mix half fabric softner, (any cheap one will do), and half hot water, saturate a two foot wide section at a time, let stand 5-10 minutes. Should scrap off with no problem.
hope this helps!

get a steamer and with any luck u can get it off without tearing up the walls. after u get the paper off, then u use hot water to get off the rest of the glue and then u can repaint it or put new paper up. good luck.
