I'm afraid it's true that you CAN'T!
You've probably tried translating the whole page already, so you'll know what I mean..!
The English language Answers can be reached by clicking the flags of these countries below;
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India, Singapore.
You can't get Japanese Yahoo in English, and it's impossible to translate it into English without an expensive translator.
I recommend that you don't bother trying on-line translations - unless you want a laugh..!

If you rely on those automated translation services, you'll end up with a lot of incoherent gibberish. Machines just can't decipher idioms, slang, colloquialisms etc.
So, you need to actually study the language and get yourself a good dictionary. There are some good online dictionaries for checking unfamiliar Kanji, but as far as stringing everything together to form an idea, you can't do better than a human.

...Unless you want to rely on Babelfish or Google's translations, you can't. You have to understand Japanese to understand Yahoo!Japan. Just like you have to understand English for Yahoo!USA/UK/Canada/Australia. There is no magical translation machine.
