They are naturally 'house broken'. Your cat may have a health problem.

Cats definitely can be housebroken. If you have a male, then he will probably be spraying every corner of your house, but I DO NOT recommend fixing your cat - after fixing, every animal loses its energy and inborn habits. What I would do is closely watch your cat ALL THE TIME. Whenever you see your cat going to a corner, getting ready to use the bathroom, just pick the cat up, and put him in the litter box. If he crawls out, put him back in. HE'S GOT TO LEARN.

first I'd love to know how old the cat is!!? If it's fairly old, that could be your problem right there. If not then every time it eats take it to the kitty litter so it can get the idea!! Also have it checked out at the vet if this is just recent. cats can be trained easily with a little patience and lots of love..

yes cats are very trainable, easier when younger, there could be a deeper problem for your cat if it insists on urinating. several possiblities are is it a male marking territory? does your cat have kidney issues? Many animals will mess in the same spot because they can smell where they or another animal has previously gone, even if you clean it. You may want to ask a vet or try an online site.

Yes cats can be easily housebroken. If you have multiple cats, they don't always like to use the litter that other cats have used. A cat uses its urine to mark its territory. If they smell the other urine in the litter they believe it not to be their spot, so they go and mark one of their own. Use more than one litter box in the house, and use scoopable litter and clean VERY regularly.

My cat is 11 yrs. previous and that i had this project with him about six months in the past. have you ever gotten any new pets at your residence? I were given a sparkling doggy and swiftly my cat all started peeing everywhere even in spite of the actuality that his field replaced into sparkling. I locked him contained in the restroom inclusive of his field, nutrients/water for variety of per week then he replaced into tremendous. Then I were given a sparkling cat some months back and he all started doing a similar project. So I did a similar. It worked.. If there have been no adjustments than take her to the vet. Cats are weak to bladder infections the older they get. the quicker you're taking her the better.

Getting the pet neutered will help with that, but the cat could also have some type of urinary problem. So, as I say in most of my pet behavior/illness questions - Take the cat to the vet.

Cat's come housebroken. It's instinctual. It's also instinctual to spray to mark their territory until they get neutered or if they're sick. If it's either of those, you need to take your pee brain to the vets pronto!
