no you only have to salute officers. staff sgt is an enlisted rank. officers rank is the same throught our whole military. if you are a corporal in the marines you would have to salute officers in every branch of the military

Enlisted men and women do not salute one another. That is a respect given to Warrant and Commissioned Officers.
