Most people do! However I do not believe that truth is based on how humans feel or what they currently believe all in themselves. Even if every person in this planet believed in God, that doesnt make it any more true than it was to begin with. (however concensus does have a persuasive element) Like wise if every person on the planet disbelieved in God, that doesnt mean he doesnt exist. I believe truth is objective and our existence has meaning defined through an all-powerful creator God. Truth cannot be defined in human agreement. Humans are subjective in many aspects and are wrong usually about many things. But there is an objective true God that has revealed himself to us that continues to make life revelevant and meaningful in any century!

.....the passing of single century will not alter beliefs nor change the needs of society. Society is a large amount of people....and people will always need to belive in something. Thus the need of religion shall remain though taper as time elapses.

it works for many
but i feel that we are regressing back to the ancient religions anyway ....
nature religions etc seem to be making a comeback and about time too in my opinion
