BANANA BREAD
Active time: 30 min Start to finish: 3 hr (includes cooling)
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs at room temperature for 30 minutes
2 1/3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups coarsely mashed very ripe bananas (6 large)
1/4 cup crème fraîche
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/3 cups walnuts (4 oz), toasted and chopped
Special equipment: a standing electric mixer
Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 2 (9- by 5- by 3-inch) metal loaf pans, then dust with flour, knocking out excess.
Sift together 3 1/4 cups flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt into a bowl.
Beat together eggs and sugar in bowl of electric mixer at medium-high speed until very thick and pale and mixture forms a ribbon when beater is lifted, about 10 minutes. Reduce speed to low and add oil in a slow stream, mixing, then mix in bananas, crème fraîche, and vanilla. Remove bowl from mixer and fold in flour mixture and walnuts gently but thoroughly.
Divide batter between loaf pans, spreading evenly, and bake in middle of oven until golden brown and a wooden pick or skewer comes out clean, 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Cool loaves in pans on a rack 10 minutes, then turn out onto rack. Turn loaves right side up and cool completely.
Cooks' note:
• Banana bread keeps, wrapped well in plastic wrap, at room temperature 2 days or frozen 1 month.
Makes 2 loaves.

From your description I would suggest they are possibly beyond being used for Banana Fritters as these need the bananas to be fairly firm to start with.
One dish that is pretty quick and easy is Banana Crumble. - Take an Apple Crumble receipe, skip the bit about stewing the Apples - Break-up / Slice / Mash the bananas into a cassarole dish with about half the amount of sugar stated for the Apples (ripe bananas are a lot sweeter than cooking apples) and cover with the crumble mix.

Smoothies are best with black bananas! Just blend mashed bananas with ice cream/cream, toffee sauce, and honey and serve sprinkled with toasted almonds and grated chocolate on top.
Or ...
make loads of mashed banana and cream sandwiches (sprinkled inside with demerara sugar ....!) and invite all your neighbours round.
OR
Banoffee Trifle
This is a great pudding because it involves very little work; you are basically just assembling a group of delicious, ready-made ingredients. Dulce de leche is a very sweet confection of caramelised milk and sugar, available in jars.
Serves 6
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
60g almonds, roughly chopped
200g ready-made sponge cake
150ml cold espresso or coffee liqueur
450g jar dulce de leche
4-5 ripe bananas
250ml custard (bought or homemade)
300ml double cream
Instructions
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat without any fat. Add the almonds and toast lightly for a few minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool.
Break up the sponge cake into pieces and use to line a large serving bowl (use glass for the full trifle effect).
Spoon over the espresso or coffee liqueur so the sponge is thoroughly soaked.
Pour the dulce de leche over the sponge cake then slice the bananas and scatter over. Spoon over the custard. Whip the cream until it holds soft peaks (it should fall into gentle folds and just hold its shape) and spoon on to the trifle. Scatter over the toasted almonds and serve.
.... and drool ....
Enjoy!

I have to agree. Throw them in the freezer. Save a few out for the banana bread or fritters, but freeze the rest. It will give you time to find other things to do with them without having to make 12 loaves of bread to share with the neighborhood.

Banana and chocolate cake.
Or you can chop the bananas and freeze it till you come up with something. It goes dark, but it tastes fine.

If you don't want to use them right away you can put them in the freezer and use them at your convenience. For making banana bread, muffins or cake.

You can put them straight into the freezer and thaw them when you're ready to use them. There's banana bread and muffins as well as using them in a smoothie.
