Protein can come from several sources. Mainly dairy products, vegetables and nuts. Milk is a KEY source of protein. Your body needs protein to keep living. You would feel sick a lot, weak, fatigued and you would have a constant head ache if you didn't have enough protein. Protein helps your body, especially your immune system fight off evil bacteria! Protein also helps your bones and teeth. You would have osteoporosis or other degenerative disorders if you did not get enough protein
