Anyone who believes Adam and Eve were the only two people on the earth, has not read their Bible very carefully. There was a civilization in the land of "Nod". That is where Cain went to find his wife and build his own city. Adam and Eve were the progenitors of the Hebrew race

so which you believed that Adam and Eve have been the 1st human beings in the international suitable? No, they're the 1st ones in this technology of the earth. The earth became created billions of years in the past and has been destroyed and restored a minimum of as quickly as and in all threat many cases because of the fact then... so which you believed that Adam and Eve have been the 1st human beings in the international 6000 years in the past suitable? You re repeating your self - already replied! And no person progressed in any respect because of the fact that factor... suitable? That relies upon on which definition of "progressed" you recommend! Did they transition right into a sparkling genus? NO Is the human race difficulty to version as effect of selection - specific. Now please permit me ask you... Out of Adam and Eve... Which one became White, which one became Black and which one became Asian? Adam and Eve had the alleles that finally produced the races over the years by using organic selection. The dominant alleles displayed. permit me ask you, why in effortless terms a handful of races or 'breeds'? Mitochondrial DNA study shows that each and every of the thousands of breeds of domesticated canines are descended from a single pair of wolves... Why are there no longer thousands of races or breeds of human beings?

wow, quite a meaty question. Abel, Cain, and Seth all married their sisters (or someone related to them). The Bible doesn't generally record the birth of women (I can't think of any instances at the moment, but there's probably one in there somewhere). Since people lived for like almost a thousand years back then before the flood, they could have been pretty old by the time Cain killed Abel and there would have been a lot of people by then. That's my take on it, and that's what they told us in the class I've been taking (there's more meat to it, but I doubt you want me to go into detail).

It's just you. IF the creation story is to be believed then we'd have to assume that the wife he "took" was another daughter of Eve. The bible is notorious for NOT following the lives of women...just the men. As such, they didn't mention how this woman came to be there. Perhaps she was also banished. Perhaps they sent her away with Cain. Or gave her to Cain. Or he kidnapped her. Clearly the story only touches on a few points. Just because information is missing does not necessary disprove the story.

Genesis 5:4 states that :"And the days of Adam after he had fathered Seth were eight hundred years. And he fathered sons and daughters." .It doesn't say how many sons and daughters, but it says that he fathered many.
Genesis 5:5 says that Adam lived for 930 years. It is possible that Adam had a child once a year for a few hundred years. That's a lot of children that could have spread throught the land!
As well as that, the laws forbidding close relations marrying were given 400 years after Cain married,in the time of Moses.(Leviticus 18-20).

The Adam rejoiced at Eve's deliverance, and also over the children she had borne him. And Adam ministered to Eve in the cave, until the end of eight days; when they named the son Cain, and the daughter Luluwa.
The meaning of Cain is "hater," because he hated his sister in their mother's womb; before they came out of it. Therefore Adam named him Cain
When the children were weaned, Eve again conceived, and when her pregnancy came to term, she gave birth to another son and daughter. They named the son Abel and the daughter Aklia
As for Cain, when the mourning for his brother was ended, he took his sister Luluwa and married her, without leave from his father and mother; for they could not keep him from her, by reason of their heavy heart.
He then went down to the bottom of the mountain, away from the garden, near to the place where he had killed his brother.
And in that place were many fruit trees and forest trees. His sister bare him children, who in their turn began to multiply by degrees until they filled that place
But Seth abode in the Cave of Treasures, a few days, and then suffered - sufferings unto death.
Then Enos, his first - born son, came to him, with Cainan, his son, and Mahalaleel, Cainan's son, and Jared, the son of Mahalaleel, and Enoch, Jared's son, with their wives and children to receive a blessing from Seth

We simply are not told where some of the people came from.
I could just as easily propose that Adam and Eve were just the first created people, and that God did not stop there, but went on to create more people.
But we just are not told some things, and this is one of the mysteries which is not explained for us. Why do you need God to explain everything to you? Is God accountable to you?
Job 38:1-3 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind and said, 2 "Who is this that darkens counsel By words without knowledge? 3 "Now gird up your loins like a man, And I will ask you, and you instruct Me!

Don't try to make sense of a mythological story that was passed down orally for generations and then committed to the written word a thousand years later.
You might as well ask why Achilles didn't wear armor on his ankle.

lol, may be both of us ...
the bible is a great book, at times very precise, sometimes allegoric, lyrical and sircumstantial, even confusing and hard to understand.
Thats why a lot of people fight over bible interpretations instead of living a "biblical" life.
Creationists have some things right and may be others wrong, so do you, and me, and everybody else,
only God knows it all.
SO instead of trying to be rational and scientific about all those things, just enjoy creation and God's love and mercy
God Bless you

He could have had loads and loads of sisters to choose from. Longevity helped. We don't know the order in which things happened. He didn't necessarily take a wife immediately.
