Ok, so my dog has been licking himself (paws, butt, everything else) on my new micro-fiber couch and now the couch stinks so bad it's all I can smell in the house when I get home. It's not urine or anything else, just dried dog saliva.

Is there any product out there to neutralize that funk? Home remedy? Anything? Please help!

My dog does that, and she has claimed the couch as her bed as well. I Febreeze it really well and use that Natures Miracle stuff on it every so often. We also bought some Resolve high traffic area foam that seems to work. Said it was safe for upholstery.

Natures Miracle gets rid of dog urine, poop and other smells. you can give that a try. It's sold at most pet stores.

What I did was buy a couch cover because my pup likes to play on the couch. I just wash the cover every week.

may be some issues, would desire to be fleas(nonetheless i doubt it because of the fact its one section), would desire to be anal gland issues, this would be a difficulty generally impacting smaller breed canines, nonetheless canines of all sizes can get it. Your groomer or vet can restoration anal gland impaction. would desire to be nutrition allergic reactions, i've got had many canines come into the save I artwork with with this comparable problem and characteristic or no longer it relatively is nutrition allergic reactions. considerable foo allergens in nutrition are corn, wheat and soy(canines wouldn't have those besides because of the fact they cant be digested), different issues canines would be allergic to are the protein source(chicken, lamb or pork being the main ones) or all grains mutually. I even have 3 canines, 2 mini aussies, and a bichon all have grain allergic reactions and one aussie is allergic to lamb

I agree that Nature's Miracle is great for removing pet stains/odors etc....what's great about this is that the enzymes(they are pet/furniture safe) will go down deep into the area where you place them and eliminate anything that has been left behind by your canine companion.
