I used Paul Mitchell Firm hold style dry wax in my hair on recommendation from a stylist... looked great, but now i can't get it out. I tried shampoo and the bar of soap i use to bathe with. neither worked.

Don't use soap, beause this will add to the wax and make it more difficult to remove. blow your hair with a hair dryer on high to heat the wax and then work in a clarifying shampoo, before you add any water. Work it is well, then add some water to get a lather going. This should help.
