Depending on Canada's view towards Romanian immigrants at this time, you may not have any toruble, but...
Generally to immigrate you will need to prove one of the following...
1) You WILL (not plan) move a business to Canada that will employ at least 4 Canadians.
2) You have a skill which is in HIGH demand in Canada - Doctor, Nurse, Teacher, etc.

I've heard there is a 5 year waiting list right now, because so many people want to go there. Too bad you don't want to come to America. You could just walk through our southern border. No worries.

Well if you need migration advice all you need to do is TLAM - that is think like a mexican, just sneak into their country, demand free healthcare, welfare, never pay taxes, walk around carrying the romanian flag - every though it seems you can speak both french and english I would suggest jumping on your head a few times to forget that stuff and just speak romanian? and then demand that Canada hires someone to translate everything for you - a little personal canadian assistant - it has worked for the wetbacks it can work for you...

A skill that is in short supply is your best option - though at your age with French and English, you should already be well qualified.
