I'm not a big fan of oysters...yeah...I pretty much hate them...but my friend mentioned how he got belligerently drunk off of 15 oysters.
Sooo we're going this weekend to test the theory...however, since I don't like oysters, i'd rather not waste my time in some bunk remark (no doubt made by some drunkard at a frat party.)

BUT, if there's a remote chance that its true...bottoms up!

Not really drunk, but the food poisoning of a bad one is almost the same effect.

Don't waste your time unless the oysters are marinaded in strong liquor, but then you might as well marinate something you like, and try that instead. Cheers

no..you cant get drunk off of oysters unless you pour beer on all of them and eat about 20

hahaa no its a myth... you cant get drunk off oysters. in order to get drunk off anything is has to have alcohol. meaning fermented. oysters are know to be a mollusk to help people get it up though.

oysters are actually used as a afrodisiac . maybe if u soaked them in alcohol overnight or somthing but i doubt it

Maybe if they are soaked in grain alcohol and eaten raw... otherwise yours going to be gaging down something you don't like only to be disappointed.
