Life is too short. I remember finding out someone had a crush on me AFTER I moved to California. I wish she would have told me, I liked her also..but oh well, too late. God wants us to live life abundantly to its fullest.

if you are already in working life, you should but indirectly example ask him how he finds about you.
then ask him if he likes you.
if yes, then you have to make good decisions.
ps: before you ask him any questions as above, you must make some decisions 1st too.
