I agree on verification of legal citizenship status before renting or leasing to any Non-citizens while America has American homeless. And the United States Constitution was written with Americans in mind.

You are very incorrect in your assessment of the situation. No city or town has passed any laws based on national origin or race. How many times must you be told this is not about race.

My dad came here "legally" from overseas as did my mother's parents. They had discrimination and lost opportunity due to language barriers.
I also took real-estate courses and it is against the law to even mention what type of people live in a neighborhood and refuse to sell based on race or origins. Besides selling homes is a Realtors bread and butter and it doesn't concern them who, what, or where you are from when making a sale and they can loose their licenses for doing that. What is your issue or fantasy?

If following the constitution means we gotta put up with more wetbacks etc., I say ignore that document. It is mostly ignored by the government, especially the Jane Fonda demos already.

I don't see anywhere in the Constitution that says foreign nationals have the same rights as American citizens. Get over it and get legal.

this country is the melting pot of all kinds of origins. everyone came from somewhere. but guess what....they did it legally! you want to stay in the good ole USA? then get your citizenship and you wont have to worry about being deported or where to live without being sold out. i have no pity on illegals. this is my country and i speak english. if i went to mexico, how many mexicans would speak english to appease me? my guess would be none. stop crying and follow the rules like everyone else or move on.

How do you propose to deal with illegal immigration? Hypothesize the results of another amnesty NOW, and what that'll result in 20 years from now. Se habla espanol? I hope so...
you're gonna need it...
