Just recently I've noteced that my black lab (5months old) has this green guck in both of his eyes. That tells me its an infection or reaction of somesort, but it dosnt seem to bother him that much. The white part in his eyes is redish, but not bloodshot. More red that uasuall but not like the blood vessels have popped or anything. I plan on getting ahold of my vet a soon as possible, but hes out of town this week. I want to know if this sounds serouis to you guys. I personlly think he'll be ok till next week if the condition stays the same. If it gets worse I contact another vet. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Animals can get Conjunctivitis "PINK EYE" just like we do. My daughters cat had it. The vet treated it w/ointment 3 times a day

Call your vet and ask the assistant what the "green guck" is in the pup's eyes.

Eye infection. Needs medication from the vet ASAP.

If you've ever had an eye infection you know how painful it is.

I don't think it sounds bad but just in case wash his face with water and keep his eyes clean with a clean cloth, Keep doing this until you go and see the vet. good luck on your puppy!

Get another vet, or contact Petsmart or petco right away...as I believe the eyes are infected!...if you wait, it could be very very serious and very very expensive!

Call another ASAP.

Get another vet and take the dog. May be conjunctivitis and it could be serious.
