try the 30 day color kits.... that way if you dont like how one color looks then you can try another while doing very minimal damage to your hair (of course you would have to wait for one color to fade before trying the next... otherwise it wont give you the full effect of the color you choose) going for something that will look natural with your skin tone and eyebrows will enhance your look rather than making you look fake (for example bleach blonde, too dark tan, and dark eyebrows.... yeah thats REALLY attractive ~yuck~)
in any case, good luck, i hope you find a color that makes you happy!

If you are fair skinned then I would suggest a light blonde or strawberry blonde. If you have olive toned skin maybe try a brunnette with some subtle highlights. Not too dark though...you don't want the goth look, just something subtle.

the newest education I got from Aveda Color consultant said to look deeply at your eyes. Are they a warm color with golds and reds, or cool color with green and blue. Keep to your color profile, what color clothing do you wear?. If you want to bring out your eyes go darker, If you want to hide blemishes go lighter in a cool tone. if you go dark try semi permanent first in case you don't like it . then it will fade.

What color do you have now? Do you want a dramatic change or subtle?
www.clairol.com has an interactive site, and you can upload a pic of yourself to try colors.

i would say brown. most skin tones warm up to brown hair better than a bright blonde. anyways, brown is the new blonde

It really depends on your skin shade and eye color!
Try this from seventeen.com:

That tells you what shade you should use and even gives you a suggestion of what brand and color to use.
