I decided to splurge have some pringles. i'm not gonna lie, i had about half the tube thing lol. but i wanted to know if that ruined my whole day? I exercise plenty most days during the week, and other than the pringles i had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, some dried fruit, a cup of diet hot chocolate, and decided to have a salad for dinner that had a little cheese, dressing, and some ham chunks. so did the pringles ruin my calorie in take?

One mistake doesn't mean the entire day is ruined. You need to pick yourself up, brush yourself off and continue on with your good eating choices. None of us are perfect, you seem to be doing fine!

Cheese and dried fruit are both high in calories, so you're getting an awful lot of sugar and fat. Dressing is also high unless you use reduced-fat, low calorie. I think the Pringles are a very small part of your problem. Check the calories and try to stay within 2 thousand for the day, and very few of those from fat.

No you did not ruin your day, stay on your program and don't let one slip up tun into a major one. What is important is what you eat for the next meal or snack. use this as a learning experience

No, you didn't ruin your whole day unless you let it. You seem to be way too concerned with your calorie intake. It's good to eat healthy, but remember you are human.

You will ruin it only if you eat the whole container.
