A Catholic deacon can.

I cannot speak for other denominations.

With love in Christ.

The way you've phrased this makes the question confusing. Do you mean can two people be married by a deacon or can a deacon get married?

A deacon can only marry two people if (s)he has been ordained, and follows the state laws regarding those who officiate at marriage ceremonies. Many states require ordained ministers to register as a wedding officiant in the County where they perform marriages.

As for can deacon's get married - I'm pretty sure they can. I work with a guy who's deacon at his church and he's married.

Can't marry me because I am done married, lol. Yes decons can marry as long as the woman has not be married before and him either. And thats since they been saved can they not marry if they been married before. Read Timothy it gives a more in depth account.

What Church? It depends. Ask about marriage rules in your church.

And learn how to decline "who"!

I, my, me
thou, thy, thee
she, her, her,
he, his, him
we, our, us
you, your, you (was ye)
they, their, them
and...

who, whose, whom!
