what do I do about a girl who keeps saying that she wants to have my mans baby and she already has a name picked out

Tell he to back off! And ignor her or when you have free time think of come backs that will put her back in her place. But have confidence in your man hopefully he wouldn't let her have his baby or even sleep with her either for that matter. When she starts saying she's HAVING your mans baby then you can really worry. Find out how your man feels about this and how he feels about her.

Unless your man wants her to have his baby ignore her. She is nothing & not worth the time & effort it takes to get upset. If you are confident in your relationship with your man then let it go. If you find that you just can't then do like I did & get hem both together in a place with other mutual friends & ask her about it. Amazing what response you will get.

Depends on how your man is acting about it. He may be cheating with her, she may be crazy or trying to break you up or trying to mess with your head. Sit down and talk with him to find out what his relationship with her is.
Personally, though, unless you have been together for a long long time and are engaged or married, it is probably not even worth pursuing and I'd just dump him.

It's all up to your man, as long as he doesn't want to have anything to do w/her your good. Tell him and see his reaction and
if he wants nothing to do w/her both of you get away. If you can't get away tell her to f... off and find her own !

As long as he's not interested in her, she's no big deal. If it really bothers you, you could very nicely tell her that she's making you uncomfortable and that you would appreciate it if she could respect that he's with you NOT her.
