There are so many reasons that you could be routinely getting nauseated. However, since you specifically placed your question about nausea under the "pain and pain management" section, I am going to assume that the nausea you are experiencing is coupled with pain of some kind.
Extreme pain can sometimes cause nausea, as can pain killers when taken often or in large amounts.
I would recommend find some therapeutic-grade peppermint essential oils. It can help ease both pain and nausea (among many other things). Mix a couple drops of the peppermint oil in some vegetable oil and massage it onto the area where you're experiencing pain. Then take a very warm, damp cloth and place it over the area. Try to leave it there for an hour, though any amount of time will help. Then, if you make sure the oil you purchase is of therapeutic grade, you can put a drop of the peppermint into four ounces of water and drink it as well as rubbing some of the oil mixed in vegetable oil over your abdomen. Finally, when you're done, cup your fingers over your face and breathe in the aroma of the peppermint from you hands.
I've done this for myself and many of my friends and family have also tried it and we've all gained notable relief for both muscle pain and nausea using peppermint oil.
If you need help finding therapeutic-grade oils, feel free to contact me because many oils sold in pharmacies and health food stores are of much inferior quality than therapeutic-grade and some of them are even toxic.
I hope you feel better!
