Many grocery stores provide these lists on endcaps.

I have a problem with both of those fruits. Its difficult to tell how
ripe a peach is and they are all picked green. The exception is
Dell Monte peaches packed in a jar. They are picked at perfection , but has some sugar added. I pour out the liquid and
eat the peaches - delicious and I believe nutritious.
Strawberries are available all year round, but spoil quickly, so
I would rather buy the frozen ones that I believe are higher quality
and I use them along with other stuff to make smoothies.

Check out the supermarket. There is so much imported fruit and veg. that almost anything is available all year round.
