When I was a kid ...many years ago...I did not have junk food available. We lived on a farm and when we went to town I would get a dime from Daddy and with that I could buy a bag of freshly roasted peanuts at the dime store. That was a major treat to me!

candy? probably those little candy buttons (pink, blue and yellow) that were on that looooooooooonggg white paper! Also now and later's!!

foodwise: ice cream and french fries and COOL WHIP! This is all still true today!

Potato puffs

I'm showing my age here... we could buy them every playtime at the tuck shop for 3d ..... yes that is old money!!!!

My mum used to make me a slice of fresh bread with butter and sprinkled it with lot's of sugar... was heaven for me those days.

I loved that peanut butter and chocolate spread....it was called Koogle..........and, back in my day....the candy bar 100 Grand was called a hundred thousand dollar bar......loved 'em.....and Snick-Snack bars
