well, most Christians don't actually lie for Jesus. lying requires knowing the truth and twisting or covering it. mostly Christians simply repeat the lies that their preachers and religious leaders foist on them as truth. if you notice ... a lot of Christians know very little about the holy book they hold so vital as the fount of truth so more often than not rely on someone "more educated" than themselves to tell them what the Bible says and what it means.
PS. in any event ... Christianity as a religion has committed genocide in Jesus' name so a lie here or there wouldn't be a big deal.

Wow! Why would you lie for jesus? thou shalt not lie is one of the ten commandments. You can't talk the talk if you don't walk walk the walk, of course you should already have figured that out basically it wouldnt make any sense,and by that I mean the answer to your Q? is NO!!

There are some sects of fundamentalist Christians that actually do believe that it is okay to lie to people about whatever issue might work, if it gets them to believe.
But imnsho--- They are wrong!
Any faith based on lies, is no faith at all. And furthermore, as soon as the person found out the truth, which people always do, they would very well might turn away from it entirely.
