Does anybody know if canada is a city or a state or a country that is not really part of america

Canada is a country that is part of the continent of North America. Almost 40 countries, including The United States of America, are on the continent of North America.

Canada is in North America the continent. It is not part of the United States of America. It is it's own country. And what rock have you been living under that you don't know this!

Are you serious? Canada is a country which is north of America. It has its own government, cities, culture etc.
