Smart balance.

It IS yellow in colour but the only coloring listed is beta - carotene.
Best of all NO trans fatty acids and it is non-hydrogenated.

Check it out at your local grocer.

Tastes great on everything.

BUT, if you melt it to put on popcorn the popcorn wilts as it soaks it up. NO fat to stick to the outside of the corn. That is the ONLY DRAWBACK with Smart Balance.

Margarine products DO contain yellow food coloring. Many years ago, when margarine was sold, it was white and came with a small packet of yellow coloring which you stirred into the margarine.
