im embarrassed to be asking,but i have worked for what little i have.but we have living here, 5 kids ,there mother, and myself. im not there dad, but 2 years ago when they had nowhere to go i had do what i then was able to do. we now are family to each other but i have to be honest its i bit over the budget due to the father ,that has not made any moves towards pitching in. in short,lol,we need propane. where does one get help with this? we are in oklahoma ,tulsa area, and im lost!! well thanks ,and you can bet we will keep these kids warm this winter,without doubt ,no matter! i tell ya, it sure aint the usa i once remembered! im thinking were all fixin to see some ugly days ahead. lets stay together all...were all we got. peace yall

Hey neighbor, Ks guy here. lol Contact your local propane company. Most will let you average out your bill over then entire year, so no huge cost up front. I'm on propane also. If you pay the bill off, and have some money left over, most propane companies will also let you pre-buy, at the current price, during the summer. Prices go up in fall, but you get the amount you have already paid for. It usually saves me $2-300 a year pre-buying. Hope this helps!

contact LIHEAP. call the department of public welfare for the number they can help if not then try salvation army my father worked there for 30 years and they helped people with heating. sorry dude I have been in similar situations and my heart goes out to you and your family,
