Depends if you got a cart bag or a carry bag. cart bags are heavier, with 14 clubs probably and least 35 lbs. my carry bag with 14 clubs is only 24 lbs.

Some variation, naturally. But my Titlist carry bag, 5,6,7,8,9, PW, SW, driver, 2 and 4 Nike slingshots (utility clubs), a few balls, and assorted junk like tees, ball markers, an extra hat, 5 gloves and old score cards all weigh 18 pounds. I know because when I travel, I have to add 2 pounds for the travel bag.

This sounds like the responsibility of the outlet/firm/person you purchased the set from! If they have the goods then they should be able to supply this info. If you have the goods then get a box that will contain all the equipment and use a ruler or tape and your bathroom scales to provide the info.

Different bags weigh different weights and clubs are different weights also depending on the type. Try weighing them.
