Your impact wrench may not have the power to break it free. Or you've been misinformed and it's opposite threads. If the crank turns clock wise then the bolt comes off counter clock wise.
And visa versa. Try using a breaker bar and a pipe for leverage. make sure it is at least a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar or you won't do any thing but break the tool.
Also make sure you have the adjustment for the impact wrench on full power. Most impact wrenches have more power in the reverse direction than the forward direction.

All Toyotas have right hand thread crank bolts!!!!(Counter-clockwise to loosen) At least all the ones that are sent to America. Sometimes they are very hard to come off. You usually have to use a 1/2" impact gun.( I prefer Ingersol Rand) 115psi isn't enough. You need around 145 psi. I have seen them still not break free with that. I used to take a ball ping hammer and place the rounded part against the center of the crank bolt and then hit the other end with a 2 pound sledge.(wear goggles). What your trying to do is break the corrosion on the bolt loose... Good luck

once you've the particular device that locks the Honda crank pulley then there is no reason you may't eliminate the bolt with a 1/2 inchcontinual breaker bar and a pipe cheater bar for better leverage. As a very last motel a breaker bar and cheater you should use the floor and the starter to crack the bolt free. now and again the four hundred lb. 1/2 inch I/R gun I have gained't damage the bolt free, a three/4 inch gun is then used that provides extra torque. reliable good fortune and wish this facilitates.

it can be very difficult depending on how old the car is an when was the last time the crank bolt on the pulley has been removed ,,if ever sense it has been a car,, know what i mean!!!!! ??? large pull bar with a thick walled 6 point socket an pull like h*****..an if not successful grab a cheater pipe .. ( a pipe to slide on the end of the pull bar making it longer an more leverage.. try that an goo luck!!

Try soaking it in liquid wrench or WD40 for 2-4 hours, if that doesn't immediately loosen the bolt, then try tightening it a little before you try to loosen it. If that too fails, break it off, drill it out and use a tap & die set to make a new bolt hole.
