I really like this girl and we've been going out for 3 weeks now. She frequently touches my arm if I tease her and she smiles. She also laughs and smiles when I'm around her. But about a week ago, she started a new job and she hardly has any time for me anymore, she works from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm, but has many breaks in between. When I call her and she misses it, she calls me back about 30 mins later (always). When I asked her if she wanted to go out again, she said she has to work for the next 3 weeks full time. But then, she also suggested (by herself) that she wanted to go out with me later when she finished her work. Also, she invited me to a party with her. She still seems to like me, but I'm not sure anymore. Can I plz get help with this? And if I did want to ask her if she's still into me, how should I do it?

i forgot to add that she had time to go out with her friends straight after work. i"ve never asked to go out with her after her working hours though. Then again, she never suggested it either. Should i ask her?

well is she is still willing to go out with you i dont see the problem. if you are dating her let her know that you want it to be more serious, and if you are just friends hanging out at this point, i still would tell her anyway.
peace.

She may like you but right now she has other priorities. Take it slow, it sounds like you may be a little bit more into her than she is into you. That can turn a girl off, girls will never tell you that, but they like to chase you, not be chased. Be her friend and be casual with her. If someone else catches your eye, so be it. You are not in a commited relationship so it is ok. If this one girl really likes you she will take notice to you acting more casual around her and when she does, that will be the best time to ask her what does she make out of the relationship.

Ok, this one is easy! If she is still finding reasons to touch you, she likes you. If she is calling you back, she is just busy and calling the first chance she gets (yes, still likes ya!) and if she is working so much, take her up on her offer to see her after work and go to the party, she likes you! If she didn't you wouldn't have been told about the party! TRUST ME! Good luck!

I think it's very safe to say she's into you. She may just be playing the game. And if she continues I would dump her. Girls who mess with your head will continue to annoy you right into divorce court. You may be a little young for that but trust me, it can still feel rotten. The best way is just to be direct. Tell her that you like her, you would like to get to know her better but that she is sending mixed signals. Ask her for the real story. She is the only one who know knows it. If you don't get a direct answer, like I said, find another girl. It's no fun to be kept guessing.

Let me tell you from a girls point of view. Girls need to be supported throughout things like that. She may have a new job but you need to accept that. She probably still likes you but her job is getting in the way. Try suprising her like bringing her flowers at work, or have a special dinner made. She'll like that. I hope It all goes well!!

Sounds like she's just real busy to me.
Give her the time she's asked for. Go to the things she's asked you to.
I can tell she's still into, you don't need to ask her. If she calls you back & asks you out, then she's still into you, I guarantee it.
If she wasn't into you, she'd completely blow you off, no doubt.
