i was watching a woman here at work and when she is listening to you, her mouth and nose twitch. i just wonder why.

Oh please to some of the answers you recd.
Twitches can be caused by a habit of movement. She may have a nervous tic/twitch which is caused by misfiring of a nerve.
If she had tourette's she'd do more than have a twitching mouth, and if she were on drugs she'd be more obvious.
Probably a tic. Try not to stare.

Could be the Tourettes disease......there are many different types of things that people do with Tourettes that include twitching

Nerves are anxienty or possibly drugs ( No offense )
But 97 Percent Chance of Nerves and anxienty i think lol
