The tone of your questions it sounds like you really like this guy even though you are mad at him right now. This doesn't really explain what happened between the two of you, so it makes it a little hard to answer. If you were together and now you are apart I would move on if I were you. If he is not trying to win you back don't wait. The reason I married my husband is because he pursued me like no one ever has. It is great to have someone love you that much. If he is trying to get back together with you and still seeing other people I say forget him. Move on. Get your girlfriends together grieve over the relationship and then move on.
