Probably from one of your kids playing a joke on you! LOL!! Kids can be rascals and if they are inventive enough, they may have slipped something in the tank that, when flushed, plays this recording.
I would suspect your Wife first, because they wouldnt of put this in with out her approval...

well there is this little man who angered the Gods and he was banned to the sewers for ever unless a person kisses him. he must be stuck in your drain pipes if you see him help him with a big smackaroo and then he shall be free if that doesn't work I suggest you take your meds or call the guys in the white coats
