the bags on the babies neck is the crop. It is a storage place for food before the stomach although no digestion takes place in the crop. If they are big it means the parents are feeding the babies. The parents make crop milk for the babies from seeds and whatever else the parents eat. In the wild crops have to be big incase the parents take a long time to return with food. Sometimes the crop can look bigger than the babies head.

The bags are the pouches that hold the food that the parents feed the babies. They can get pretty big so don't worry. It is normal for them to look like that when they are babies. It is your way of knowing that they are feeing their babies. Good Luck
